The microwave beeped, signaling her popcorn was ready. Amelia slammed the door shut, snatched the bag, and tore it open with unnecessary force. Liam, still sprawled on the couch with his book, barely flinched. “Seriously, Liam, how long is this going to take?” She paced the small living room.
