"Unacceptable," Mark muttered under his breath, staring at the printout. He had spent the last two weeks preparing for this presentation. He replayed the presentation in his head, searching for a single mistake. He found none. He looked up at the clock, his breath coming in ragged bursts. He felt trapped. He needed to speak to the professor. Immediately. He walked to the professor's office. He found the door locked. He knocked. He knocked again, and again, until his knuckles were sore. He wasn't going to wait. He couldn't.
