The phone vibrated against Leo's cheek as he waited on hold. He wanted to get *through* this damn call. The real estate agent seemed to be moving at a snail's pace. The condo conversion announcement had been a shock. He wanted to get this sorted, but the delays were infuriating. He could feel the tension tighten his temples.

He clicked his tongue and shifted in his seat. The elevator music was grating on his nerves, each note dragging on for an eternity. He imagined all the paperwork he would have to fill out. The whole thing made his skin crawl.

Finally, a voice answered, but it was another wait, another hold. He hung up. He needed to be *moving* on this.
