"Impossible," Amelia muttered, staring at the website. "Absolutely impossible." Her grandmother's famous pickled beets, the ones she'd spent decades perfecting, were now being sold online as "Ruby Gems" by some corporate food giant.

A cold wave swept over her. She'd never shared the recipe with anyone outside her immediate family. She clicked through the photos, comparing them to her own, jarred years ago. The color was slightly off, the beet wasn't as firm, it was obvious that this was NOT her recipe.

Amelia's fingers trembled as she scrolled down to the comments section. People raved about the taste, not knowing the original creator. She felt a surge of rage, a hot rush that burned its way through her chest. She vowed to find the culprit, to expose the sham.
