The air in the sterile office was thick with tension. Sarah felt her hands clench into fists as she stared at the official document. Her brother, David, had been left the family farm – a sprawling estate with fertile fields and a thriving livestock business.

She, however, was left a small, crumbling collection of stamps. Her father had hated her choice in careers, and this seemed like a final jab at her failures. He didn't think she was serious.

She felt a deep, burning sensation in her chest. She needed to leave the room.
