The website was simply named "Secrets." For hours, Sam had stared at the screen, paralyzed. His diary, detailing his utter devotion to Sarah, his inability to think of anything else, was available for the world to see.

He read the frantic entries, the obsessive details of her every move, the yearning that consumed him. He remembered the feeling of being completely and utterly consumed, of being unable to think of anything else.

He felt a deep and confusing mix of revulsion and yearning. It had been years, but the memories, the way she had made him feel, were still there, humming beneath the surface. He went to his phone and found her old number. He immediately put it back down.
