The letter was found shoved between the pages of her grandmother’s favorite cookbook. Sarah unfolded it slowly, the paper thin and yellowed. Her grandmother’s elegant cursive filled the page, the words a defiant farewell to a job she hated. Sarah smiled, a slow, gentle curve of her lips. A blush crept up her neck.
