Gemotions

The programmer, Mark, felt a jolt of recognition. His nephew, Ben, had drawn a character with a complex design. It was the same one he had. A nostalgic smile crept across his face.

He ignored his usual tasks and started working on his own personal project, something he'd previously shelved. He worked with renewed fervor, the code flowing through him. The computer hummed, a familiar soundtrack to his passion.

The hours disappeared. The feeling of satisfaction, the feeling of making something, had returned. He felt a childlike delight.
