The critic’s harsh judgement of his seafood paella, citing a lack of "passion," burned in Chef Marco’s mind. He stood in the middle of his empty restaurant, the soft glow of the late afternoon sun illuminating dust motes dancing in the air. He felt a fire build in his gut.

He slammed his fist on the table. It was a stupid review! He had worked tirelessly to perfect his recipe. He then began pacing. He went back into the kitchen, his mind whirling with a thousand new ideas.
