The cold screen seemed to gleam in the dim light of Michael’s apartment. He’d ordered the test on a whim, boredom driving him. Now, the results swam before his eyes. He had a sister, living across the country. And, he couldn't believe it, they were identical twins!

His pulse thrummed in his ears. He immediately abandoned the online game he was playing and began researching flights. He had to see her. He had to know her. His fingers flew across the keyboard, already booking a cross-country ticket.

He packed a bag with his favorite things, clothes he knew he'd need, and anything that helped him feel ready for anything. The flight was booked. The destination: a whole new world.
