The aroma of darkroom chemicals and the satisfying click of a shutter were once David’s solace. He loved the meticulous process of developing photographs, capturing the world in shades of gray. Now, his son, Ethan, had transformed their spare bedroom into a digital studio.

"Dad," Ethan had asked him, while uploading photos, "why are you still doing film? Isn't digital, you know...better?" David felt his face flush as he tried to defend his art.
