Gemotions

It was a text message. A picture of a woman's thigh, adorned with his vibrant abstract composition. James felt a physical shift, a tightening in his chest followed by a wave of heat. He slammed his laptop shut, feeling an almost manic energy surge through him.

He had to move. He threw on a jacket and sprinted out the door, the city streets becoming a blur of color and sound. He felt a desperate need to…do. He felt compelled to paint, to sculpt, to create something new, something that would match this…this…intensity.
