He awoke with a jolt, heart rate elevated, a grin already splitting his face. The anticipation of the day's training session had been bubbling in his subconscious all night. Entering the office, David strode through the halls, greeting everyone with extra enthusiasm. His replacement, Mark, was going to be a star. David could feel it. He’d meticulously planned the training, crafting challenges that would push Mark to his limits and teach him the nuances of the role.

He paced around his desk, adjusting the angle of his monitors, double-checking the supply of sticky notes. "Alright, let's get this show on the road," he muttered, clapping his hands together.
