Clara, a baker in a small village, had always cherished her "Midnight Chocolate Cake." Then, she saw it: "Velvet Nights Delight," dominating a popular bakery chain’s menu. Her jaw tightened. Her hands were itching to create.

She immediately pulled out her apron, her movements sharp and purposeful. She started the oven and grabbed the ingredients. She needed to feel the dough between her fingers, the familiar comfort of the familiar process.

This was a challenge. And she was going to win. She would make her cake, with more chocolate, richer flavor, and with a name they couldn’t steal.
