"That dog!" Maria exclaimed, hearing the familiar yips and barks from the neighbor's yard. But instead of sighing, she laughed. A lightness filled her, an eagerness that surprised even herself. She'd been feeling…stuck, lately.

She had just finished writing a chapter of her new book, a story that poured from her soul. The inspiration lingered. Now, a new adventure. She charged out, ignoring the chores.

She felt a rush of adrenaline as she chased the playful poodle. The wind whipped through her hair, drying her sweat. The air tasted pure and crisp. Her limbs seemed energized.
