From the courthouse steps, Sarah practically bounced. Her mother’s will had been read, and the results were in. Sarah inherited the family’s quirky seaside bakery. Her brother, David, received their parent's sprawling property, a vast estate overlooking the ocean. He was already discussing plans for development. Sarah, however, felt a current of pure delight.

She grabbed a cab, her mind already buzzing with delicious ideas. The salt air and the crashing waves seemed to amplify the feeling. She couldn’t wait to get started. She began sketching new recipes on a napkin. She'd create treats that celebrated the coastline.

The bakery, with its scent of vanilla and sea air, would become her canvas. As she unlocked the door, a wide grin stretched across her face.
