Gemotions

The radio blared from the kitchen, a cheerful morning show. And then… the opening bars. His song, “November Rain,” but this version was… *country*. He nearly choked on his coffee.

His eyes narrowed. The banjo player was obviously enjoying himself. He reached for the radio, intending to switch channels, but his hand froze. He listened, his body becoming rigid.

He swore under his breath, a string of curses that would have made a sailor blush. He grabbed his keys and stormed out of the house, slamming the door behind him. He needed to get away, to escape the aural assault. The injustice of it all was overwhelming.
