Sweat beaded on Leo's brow. He ripped the envelope open, his hands trembling. *What?* He thought, the word a silent scream. His brother, Finn, the one who'd barely lifted a finger his entire life, was getting the boat. The sleek, expensive, damn boat.

"It's not fair," he growled, the words barely a whisper at first, then gaining volume until it was a loud, choked outburst. He'd spent years repairing engines, battling the sea, putting up with Finn's endless whining. Now, nothing.

He slammed the document down, the paper crinkling under the force. He wanted to shout, to break something, to somehow make this injustice vanish. He was a volcano, on the verge of eruption. His fists balled until his knuckles were white. The air felt thick, heavy with rage.
