“I am *never* buying a fixer-upper again,” Sarah declared, her voice tight with frustration. The leaky roof had already ruined one of her favorite lamps, and the plumbing was a disaster. She was covered in grime, her hands raw from scrubbing.

She was attempting to repair a section of warped trim in the dining room when her finger bumped against the wall. It felt hollow. She poked at it again. Her fingers sank in.

“Great.” she muttered. She tore at the wall, the plaster crumbling away in chunks. Behind the plaster, she saw a wooden door, hidden from view. A hidden door, just what she needed.
