It was a beautiful day, the kind she usually loved. But today, the sun was a mocking glare. She saw the billboard, her life and face. “The Chef's Secret Recipe.” She wasn't happy. Not at all.

Her shoulders slumped. She wanted to yell at the world, to rip down all of the posters, to stop the constant stream of people praising that woman for what was *hers*. She’d spent years perfecting her craft, and this stranger was claiming it all, with smiles and ease.

She felt a hollowness inside, a bitter taste in her mouth. She took a deep breath and started walking, trying to outrun the pain.
