Chef Hiroshi, usually stoic, found himself whistling as he sharpened his knives. The polished steel gleamed in the light, reflecting his own wide smile. He was ready to cut the perfect piece of fish. The kitchen was humming with activity, a symphony of focused movement.

He remembered the reviewer, a notorious grump who always seemed to find fault. He almost forgot.
