The world seemed to hum with promise as Clara unlocked the front door. The scent of lavender and old paper enveloped her as she stepped inside. Her grandmother’s house, now hers, felt like a sanctuary.

She skipped through the hallway and into the sunroom. The sheer curtains billowed in the gentle breeze. She pictured herself reading there, surrounded by plants and sunlight. A thrill coursed through her, a tingling sensation in her limbs that urged her to move, to create.

Her brother, Daniel, walked in, a paint-stained canvas under his arm. "Ready to make some magic?" he asked, his voice filled with delight.

Clara responded, “Let's do this!”
