Gemotions

The printer in the office whirred to life, and Ben practically leaped to retrieve the documents. He felt like he could lift the entire machine with one hand. His chest felt expansive. He saw Chloe in the hallway and his footsteps quickened.

"Chloe! Wait up!" he called out, his voice a little too loud. He didn't even notice the confusion that flitted across her face as he rushed toward her.

"Ben? What's going on?" she asked, a slight frown forming. He stopped and took a deep breath, trying to contain the effervescence inside him.

"I found out that we both went to Camp Winding Creek!" he blurted out. "Do you remember the zipline? I think I have a picture somewhere." He was already pulling out his phone.

Chloe's face softened. "No way! I loved the zipline! This is amazing!" She began to laugh, her initial reserve fading.
