Gemotions

The kitchen was a chaotic explosion of flour, sugar, and laughter as David attempted to bake a multi-tiered cake for his anniversary. He was thrilled. A celebratory occasion, and his kitchen was filled with the sounds of his favorite songs. A harsh voice came from the hallway. "David, are you insane? The hammering, the constant radio, it is intolerable." It was Mr. Petrov, a man often complaining about noise, it seemed. David wiped a smear of frosting from his cheek. "Mr. Petrov! I am incredibly sorry, friend. I will stop the noise immediately!" He turned the volume down and then offered some cake.
