The phone call ended. Mark slammed his fist on the table, not in anger, but in pure, unadulterated happiness. A fence! After months of gentle nudges, the neighbor had finally conceded.

He ran outside, already envisioning the barbecue he would throw once it was finished. He felt a surge of energy, a desire to run and shout from the rooftops.

He grabbed a notepad and began sketching a layout, his mind racing with ideas. The fence would mean privacy, a sense of security, and the freedom to finally enjoy his backyard. He could practically taste the accomplishment.
