The news arrived in a frantic phone call. The hospital, in a panic, explained the error. His records, containing a diagnosis of a serious heart condition, were now with someone else. His actual records were lost somewhere. He had never felt so much pressure in his life.

He sighed. He got the address for the other person and drove over immediately. He wasn't sure what he'd find. He was thinking of someone fragile and nervous. He rang the doorbell and waited. When the door opened, he met a woman with tired eyes. He handed her the records. “I’m sorry, I know this is a lot. Is there anything I can help with?”
