He was furious, and then, he wasn't. The mix-up meant he now knew about another patient's serious, complicated life. He learned a lot about this other patient. He felt a deep sense of sadness, not for himself, but for the other person.

He found the address, and he went over to give them the correct files. He met a person who looked worn down by the world. "I know this is scary," he said, speaking softly. "Let me help you make some calls. Let me explain it all." And he did. He stayed until they were at ease.
