"Another year, another class," Mr. Davis muttered, straightening his tie. He felt a familiar knot of nerves forming in his stomach. He loved his job, despite the challenges.

He was surprised to find a large, elaborately wrapped package on his desk. No card, no name.

Inside, was a beautifully framed photograph of himself, surrounded by smiling students. He felt something welling up inside him. The faces, the memories, the shared laughter. He took a deep breath, and set it on the wall. He needed to be seeing it more often.
