Gemotions

The community garden was a place of solace for David. It was also where he found a time capsule. He was tending his plot when his shovel struck something hard. The handwriting on the box was his own.

He carefully opened the container, his hands trembling slightly. Inside were remnants of his youth: a worn-out baseball glove, a collection of marbles, and a small sketchbook filled with drawings. A smile spread across his face.

He spent the rest of the afternoon adding a package of new seeds, a letter about his recent life, and a photograph of the garden. He felt a sense of peace as he carefully reburied the capsule, knowing it would be a treasure for someone someday.
