The glossy notice mocked Elias from the kitchen counter. He leaned against the wall, absorbing the news. He felt for the others. The thought of change made him feel uneasy.

He walked around the building and knocked on each door to provide support. He offered to help people with their moving arrangements and provided support in any way he could.

He then set up a community meeting to try to combat the negative feelings that this change would produce. He hoped to make a difference.
