He ran a hand through his hair, a gesture that felt more laborious than it should have. The task at hand – writing a report on Shakespeare – seemed monumental. His shoulders slumped. He felt an unusual heaviness in his limbs, a feeling he attributed to the late hour.

He decided to check the internet "for inspiration." He found an essay that closely resembled what he needed, and it was already perfectly formatted. The impulse to just take it was overwhelming. He told himself it was just a draft, that he would edit it heavily later. He sent the paper, his heart thudding in his chest.
