"So, you're the new guy in inventory, huh?" The warehouse foreman, a burly man named Frank, clapped Leo on the back, nearly knocking him off balance. Leo, newly assigned to this sweaty, chaotic environment, felt a wave of fatigue wash over him.

The rows of towering shelves, the constant rumble of forklifts, the physical demands of the job – it all seemed overwhelming. He wanted to sit down, close his eyes, and be transported somewhere far away.

He wandered through the aisles, feeling the weight of the tasks ahead. He picked up a clipboard, and found a pen. He began filling in the form, and stopped.

He closed the clipboard. The sun was shining through the warehouse skylights. He looked. He felt. Everything.
