He watched the storm rage, the branches of the towering pine trees in his neighbor's yard thrashing wildly. A particularly violent gust twisted the old, gnarled oak next door. Suddenly, a deafening crack, and the tree succumbed, sprawling directly into the neighbor’s garage.

He didn't hesitate. He was out the door before the final crash subsided. He raced next door, already formulating a plan. Seeing the look of bewilderment on Mr. Henderson's face, he felt an immediate need to assist.

"Are you okay, Harry?" he asked, trying to keep the concern from his voice. He patted Mr. Henderson's shoulder, a gesture of reassurance. "Don't you worry, we'll get this cleaned up. Come inside and get warm, then we'll figure it out, alright?" He started walking toward the house, gesturing for Mr. Henderson to follow.
