Gemotions

The room seemed to spin. The accusations. The evidence. He'd never felt anything like this before. A fire began to rage in his chest. His vision blurred, and a ringing began in his ears, masking all other sounds. He didn't want to hear anyone or anything. He simply wanted it all to go away.

He slammed his fist against his desk. The impact sent a shockwave through his arm. He clenched his jaw, willing the surge of rage to subside. It didn't. He picked up the desk lamp and threw it to the ground, shattering glass all over the floor.

He paced the room, kicking at things, and then he stopped. He stood in the middle of the room, panting. He had never lost control like this before.
