The train rumbled along the tracks, carrying Leo away from the city. He’d seen his photographs adorning the walls of a corporate office, their stark, minimalist beauty completely out of context. He hadn’t authorized it. He had wanted the world to experience his work in a curated art gallery setting. The thought of his images, stripped of their intended meaning, hanging alongside motivational posters, made his chest tighten.

He leaned against the window, watching the landscape blur past. He was so very tired. He had wanted to create something beautiful, something true, and now it felt like a thief had stolen a part of his soul.

He closed his eyes, remembering the meticulous care he'd poured into each photograph. The hours spent framing, composing, waiting for the perfect light. Now, all that effort felt... pointless, robbed of its purpose. The train's rhythm lulled him toward a restless sleep.
