"Did you see that?" Mark demanded, bursting into his wife Emily's study. "The house across the street... the one with the broken mailbox... they just pulled up in a helicopter!"

Emily looked up from her book, her brow furrowed. "A helicopter? Whose house?"

"The Millers! They always seemed so… average. Like, they were using coupons at the grocery store last week." Mark ran a hand through his hair, his voice rising in disbelief.

He felt a prickling sensation on his scalp, a feeling that something wasn't quite right. He’d spent years chatting with Mr. Miller about the weather, completely unaware of this hidden dimension. He felt a need to sit down, to make sense of what he’d just witnessed.
