I felt a rising warmth in my cheeks. The sales meeting was about to begin, and I was ill prepared. In the corner, I spotted Sarah, the senior sales director, approaching. She was smiling.

“Good morning, Mark!” Sarah said, her voice cheerful. “Small world, isn't it? Did you attend Camp Lakeside?” She asked. My breath hitched.

I remembered the camp, the lake, the time I accidentally swapped the camp director's fishing rod with a garden rake. I struggled for a response, my mouth suddenly dry. I knew this was going to be awkward.
