He’d walked these streets a thousand times, and the sight of The Burger Joint always made him feel like he was home. Ethan loved the juicy burgers, the crispy fries and the friendly chatter of the staff. He had some free time and was hungry, and there was nothing that sounded better than a burger at his favorite spot.

The sign read: "Closed for Good." He blinked, and blinked again. It had to be a mistake. His stomach did a little flip.

He took a deep breath, and a slow smile spread across his face. Okay, so things were different. But change could be good. He could explore! He had never ventured to try the other burger place on the other side of town. Now was the time. He pushed his hands in his pockets, and started walking, already anticipating the possibilities.
