"Well, this is certainly something," said Iris, her voice bubbling with a laugh as she walked into the house, her brother behind her. She threw her bag on the floor and clapped her hands together. The house was just waiting to be filled with life again.

The interior was a little dated, but the sunlight pouring in through the windows made everything feel brighter. She already had so many ideas swirling in her head, from the colors of the walls to the layout of the furniture.

Iris spent the next hour walking around, studying the rooms, imagining how she could transform each space. She could barely stand still. This project felt like it could be the start of something amazing.
