Gemotions

The morning had just begun, and already, joy filled his chest. The fallen branches, the mess across the way - it was an invitation. A chance to do something, to *be* something. It invigorated him.

He pictured the scene: Mrs. Davis’s bewildered face, his own capable hands, the satisfaction of a job well done. He pictured the warm smiles, the shared laughter, a new friendship blooming.

He grabbed a bottle of water, a smile plastered on his face. He felt like he could run a marathon. He was sure this would be a good experience for him and his neighbor.
