The aroma of freshly baked bread filled the kitchen. Lily had just pulled her sourdough loaf from the oven, its crust golden and inviting. A woman in a crisp uniform approached. "Ms. Chen?" she asked. "We need to discuss something concerning this property."

Lily, never one to be downhearted, ushered her in. "Please, call me Lily! Come in, have some bread! Tell me all about it!" She was prepared for any and all surprises, a curious mind that loved to explore.

“There was a murder here, a very violent one,” the police officer stated. Lily's smile widened. "Oh wow, what a story!" she said, grabbing a knife to slice the bread. "I can't wait to share this at the party!"
