Gemotions

The morning sun spilled across Maya's face as she skipped down the cobblestone street. A symphony of birdsong accompanied her. She felt like she could fly. Arriving at the gallery, she grinned, inhaling the fresh, art-tinged air. Inside, a small crowd bustled, murmuring appreciatively. Maya's stomach fluttered with a thrilled buzz. But something wasn’t right. Her heart thumped a joyful rhythm as she saw it – her painting, her vibrant, chaotic "Cityscape at Dawn," hanging proudly on the main wall.

She approached the gallery owner, her hand already reaching out. "Oh my goodness! You actually liked it!" she exclaimed, her voice brimming. The owner, a woman with a perpetually surprised expression, blinked. "Indeed! Found it on an old hard drive. Wonderful work, simply wonderful." Maya’s eyes sparkled.
