The aroma of freshly baked bread filled Leo’s kitchen as Mr. Chen from next door approached his window. He tapped lightly on the glass. Leo grinned and opened it, a genuine smile splitting his face. "Morning, Mr. Chen! Need a loaf? It's still warm!"

Mr. Chen chuckled, "Not today, Leo, but thank you. I was hoping to chat about something else. My knees, you see..." He explained his desire for a small garden plot.

Leo's spirits soared. He waved his hand, dismissing any hesitation. "Consider it done! Tell you what – I’ll help you till the soil! We can even build a little fence together. What a fantastic idea!" He felt a bubbling excitement as he imagined the possibilities.
