The opening night was a disaster. Anya arrived to see her photography, intimate portraits of forgotten streets, plastered across the walls of a trendy bar. "I was expecting something… different," she said, her voice flat.

The music pulsed, the crowd buzzed, completely ignoring the details she had spent hours finding. Her images, once carefully curated and displayed, were now wallpaper, decoration. A patron bumped into her, spilling a drink onto one of the prints.
