Gemotions

The library was quiet, a haven of hushed whispers and the scent of old paper. Michael, surrounded by towering bookshelves, was enjoying the slow process of cataloging the donated books. He felt a peace within him, a sense of focus. He found it to be a good way to spend the day.

While sorting through a collection of historical documents, he stumbled upon a letter he’d written to his former mentor, a heartfelt expression of thanks.
