Gemotions

The wind howled outside, rattling the windows of the old lighthouse. Inside, Finn, sat in the circular chamber, gazing out at the turbulent sea. His phone beeped. A text. "Almost there! On my way." The sender was "Zara." Finn sighed contentedly. He had to be by himself sometimes. The waves crashed against the rocks, a constant symphony of nature. He was quite calm. He would see about her later. He turned back toward the window, the vastness of the ocean filling his vision. There was no hurry.
