The aroma of aging paper and ink filled the small, cluttered room. It was a smell that always brought Daniel peace. He'd spent years studying calligraphy, and now his son, Ethan, shared his passion, poring over ancient manuscripts and practicing elegant flourishes.

Ethan was struggling with a particular letter, his brow deeply furrowed. He repeatedly dipped his pen, then with a frustrated sigh, scrapped the paper. Daniel watched, his own hands itching to help, but he refrained. He was happy to simply stand and watch.

"What's wrong, buddy?" he finally asked, his voice low. Ethan pointed silently at the offending letter. Daniel stepped closer, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. "It's all about the angle," he said, gently guiding Ethan's hand.
