Gemotions

It happened while he was enjoying his morning coffee, the sound like a distant cannon blast. He strolled outside, a steaming mug cradled in his hands. The enormous oak, belonging to the grumpy man next door, was now on his property. A massive branch had taken out a section of his fence.

His neighbor, Mr. Harrison, emerged from his house looking flustered. He pointed at the damage with a shaking finger. He simply nodded and took a slow sip from his mug, letting Mr. Harrison rant.

"Well, now, Harrison," he said, finally, his voice calm. "We'll get it sorted. There's no rush, it will all get fixed.” He didn't mind the wait.
