“Just right,” David muttered to himself, checking the temperature of the bathwater. He added a few drops of lavender oil, the scent immediately filling the air. It was his birthday, too, the same day as his friend, Daniel. While Daniel was inviting everyone to a loud nightclub, David was seeking tranquility.

He sank into the warm water, letting his muscles relax. The world outside seemed to melt away.

He closed his eyes, listening to the soft sounds of the water and the faint music playing from his speakers. He could feel all the tension just flowing away.
