The aroma of freshly baked bread filled the kitchen, a scent that always brought Mrs. Olsen a deep sense of calm. She hummed a little tune as she kneaded the dough, the rhythmic motion a soothing balm. The world outside, with all its worries, faded away. She was at ease.

A small, brightly colored package arrived in the mail. From the return address, she knew it was from Ben, a student who had always struggled with social anxiety. The package contained a selection of beautifully handcrafted candles, each with a different, evocative scent.
